Job Summary:

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes and ensure the smooth integration of AI across the company’s departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage AI tools, including ChatGPT, to automate customer service interactions, content creation, and internal communications.
• Research and recommend AI platforms that align with the company's goals to streamline operations.
• Work with various teams to implement AI-driven solutions for marketing, customer service, and business development.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on using AI tools effectively.

• Keep abreast of emerging AI trends and tools, recommending innovative solutions for business improvements.
• Contribute to lead generation and business development efforts using AI tools.
