About The Role

As AI Business Leader, you will spearhead the reimagination of how Circles operates and grows using AI. Your mission is to design and execute AI-first strategies that optimize operations, unlock new revenue streams, and transform how we scale the business. You will own AI-led business model innovation, automation of revenue-driving functions, and high-velocity execution. This is an extraordinary opportunity to be a core part of the team driving Circles toward industry leadership and exponential growth.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Driven Business Model Transformation: Lead the reimagination of Circles' business models using AI — identifying where AI can create new products, revenue streams, optimize existing ones, and fundamentally reshape how we deliver value to customers.

End-to-End Ownership of AI-Led Business Initiatives: Take full ownership of AI-driven initiatives or products from inception to commercial success. This includes shaping the strategic vision, securing resources, driving execution across cross-functional teams, and being fully accountable for market impact and business outcomes. You will act as the general manager of these initiatives—navigating between strategy, operations, and growth—with the autonomy to make decisions that maximize business value while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals.

Revenue Growth Through AI: Design and execute strategies to apply AI across go-to-market functions — marketing, sales, pricing, partnerships — to drive customer acquisition, retention, and monetization at scale to achieve 10x outcomes.

Operational Efficiency & Commercial Automation: Identify and prioritize commercial workflows (pricing, demand gen, customer engagement, customer success) for AI-led automation, improving scalability without proportional resource growth.

AI-Led Market Expansion: Explore new market opportunities and business verticals unlocked by AI capabilities (e.g., AI-driven personalization, predictive churn reduction, dynamic pricing) and lead go-to-market strategy for these initiatives.

Cross-Functional Business Leadership: Act as the bridge between AI capabilities and commercial priorities — collaborating with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure AI investments translate to tangible business impact.

Experimentation & Rapid Commercial Prototyping: Drive fast-cycle testing of AI-powered growth strategies, pricing models, and market plays. Build and validate business cases for scaling successful experiments.

Customer Experience & Personalization: Leverage AI to deliver hyper-personalized experiences at scale across the customer lifecycle — acquisition, onboarding, upsell, and retention.

Strategic Business Planning & Reporting: Develop frameworks to measure the financial impact of AI initiatives. Regularly report progress, risks, and outcomes to the leadership team, adjusting strategy as needed for maximum business impact.

Qualifications & Experience

Commercial Leadership in AI-Driven Environments: Proven track record leading commercial strategy, growth, or transformation initiatives powered by AI or advanced analytics — ideally in SaaS, telco, or tech-driven industries.

Experience Driving Revenue with AI/Automation: Hands-on experience applying AI to improve revenue-generating functions — AI in sales optimization, marketing automation, dynamic pricing, or predictive customer engagement.

Strategic Business Acumen: Strong ability to connect AI opportunities with business outcomes — skilled in building cases for AI investment, modeling financial impact, and prioritizing initiatives based on ROI.

Operational Transformation Experience: Experience redesigning business processes for scale — applying AI and automation to reduce manual work, improve customer journeys, and streamline operations.

High-Velocity, Impact-Driven Execution: Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments. Comfortable driving initiatives from zero to one, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic bets.

AI Fluency for Business Leaders: Deep understanding of the commercial applications of AI (LLMs, machine learning models, predictive analytics) — not from a coding perspective but in recognizing how these tools unlock value in business processes.

Exceptional Communication & Influence: Strong storytelling skills to align cross-functional stakeholders around AI initiatives. Ability to simplify complex AI concepts and secure buy-in from both technical and non-technical teams.
