AGM, Finance/ Finance Controller/ Finance BP/ Head of Finance, UK

Job Description:

1. Support all finance system implementations
2. Co-ordinate with business units on the set-up of financial systems for all business developments
3. Support integration of newly set up entities/acquired entities to ensure accurate financial reporting
4. Support process changes initiatives
5. Contribute to ad-hoc projects, and continually automate/streamline processes to improve the efficiency of various finance processes
6. Support governance, processes, and controls in operations for the local Singapore entities and joint ventures.
7. Manage, oversee and review the monthly financial reporting in all overseas subsidiaries and related companies to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data reported
8. Support annual budgeting and annual financial audit in all overseas subsidiaries and related companies and to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data reported.
9. Any other duties and projects as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Preferably with at least 5 years of working experience in relevant position
2. Minimum Bachelor or equivalent
3. Be proficient with MS Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
4. Meticulous attention to details with strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Pleasant personality and able to adapt to work with multinational working environment.
6. Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimum supervision.
7. Able to work on own initiative and under stressful conditions.
