1st Year On-the-job Training:

• Actively participate in business development and client acquisition activities.
• Assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Set personal targets and devise strategies to achieve them.
• Master fundamental communication skills for engaging with diverse individuals.
• Develop the ability to view situations from the client’s perspective.

2nd Year Training:

• Learn innovative strategies to recruit and build your own team.
• Train and mentor your team members effectively.
• Oversee team performance, identify challenges, and collaborate on solutions to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in any field
• Presentable and well-spoken with strong communication skills
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and results oriented
• Positive and resilient personality preferred
• Entry level or Experienced Applicants looking for mid-career switch are welcome (structured one to one training provided)
