After Sales Service Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Before & After Sales Return Merchandise Manager to oversee product returns, exchanges, and customer service operations. This role ensures a seamless return process, minimizing losses and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage pre-sales product return policies and post-sales customer interactions while working closely with sales, warehouse, and quality control teams.

Responsibilities:

Before Sales (Pre-Sales Return Management)

1. Develop and implement return policies that align with the company goals and industry standards.
2. Work with sales and customer services teams to educate customers about return procedures before purchase.
3. Analyze product return trends to improve sales strategies and reduce return sales.
4. Ensure clear communication of return policies on product listings, invoices, and customer interactions.

After Sales (Post-Sales Return & Merchandise Handling)

1. Manage and oversee the entire return and exchange process.
2. Inspect returned products to determine eligibility for resale, refurbishment, or disposal.
3. Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to update stock based on returns.
4. Handle customer complaints related to returns and resolve disputes professionally.
5. Work with finance to process refunds, credits, or replacements efficiently.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field (preferred).
2. Experience in return management, customer service, or sales operations.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to analyze return data and provide strategic insights.
6. Proficiency in inventory and CRM software.
