After Sales Executive (Shipping/ Import & Export/ Transport Provided)

Responsibilities:

• Order processing to respective factories based on purchase orders received.
• Prepare and handle commercial documentation like invoices, delivery orders, shipping documents, etc.
• Liaise with external vendors like freight forwarders, 3rd party logistics, and delivery contractors.
• Liaise with respective factories to arrange shipments promptly.
• Negotiate rates with freight forwarders to optimize delivery load and cost.
• Monitor both inbound and outbound shipments/freights from overseas and local suppliers.
• Ensure and update shipping costs of both inbound and outbound shipments as per quotations.
• Act upon receiving shipping instructions.
• Update sales records after each shipment.
• Any other duties assigned within the course of work.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management related field.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in logistics operations.
