As the After Market Engineer - Mechanical Component, you will be in charge of BoM and technical support for Pressure Safety Valves (Consolidated) and Control Valves (Masoneilan). You will also provide global engineering support focused on Channel Partners and Aftermarket Centers for the selection, repair, maintenance, and replacement of Masoneilan and Consolidated products.

As an After Market Engineer - Mechanical Component, you will be responsible for:

• Executing design and analysis of assigned projects to develop valves meeting customer application needs, specification requirements, complying with local design/product standards.
• Reviewing customer specifications and “translating” customer specifications into order instructions for manufacturing of valves.
• Providing bills of material, drawing information, test specifications, and processing instructions to meet quality and manufacturing requirements.
• Creating the design review process, ensuring accuracy, quality, and design for manufacturability goals are met.
• Enabling the use of design tools (like 2D / 3D CAD (SolidWorks / ProE / UG), Excel, and in-house design calculations).
• Engaging with teams assigned to address specific organizational initiatives. Identify, Own and Enable such initiatives which are in line with business objectives.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
• Must be a seasoned professional with solid technical knowledge to be able to handle any field issue or technical queries.
• Preferably have knowledge of Control valves/Pressure Relieve valves/Safety valves products.
• Proven success in a role requiring process and program management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as PLM/SAP/Oracle.
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a team.
