Aesthetic Clinic Manager

We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our boutique medical aesthetic clinical team. We are building a team of dedicated individuals who are interested in growing with us long-term. We had recently been acquired by an international healthcare conglomerate and have just moved into a new 4000sqft, brand new, beautiful clinic, with state of the art facility, unseen in Singapore before. Join Our Team as a Clinic Manager and Consultant!

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Clinic Manager/Consultant who can lead our team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure our clients leave with smiles on their faces. If you have a background in beauty, wellness, or healthcare and a genuine love for aesthetics and client care, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Keeping our clinic running smoothly every day, making sure everything flows seamlessly.
2. Leading and inspiring our amazing team to hit sales goals while delivering top-notch service.
3. Chatting with clients to understand their beauty goals, offering expert advice, and suggesting the best treatments for them.
4. Coming up with creative ways to boost our clinic’s performance and keep our clients coming back.
5. Ensuring our clinic always looks its best—clean, welcoming, and professional.
6. Handling client questions, feedback, and any concerns with care and a personal touch.
7. Managing our inventory, from ordering supplies to keeping track of stock levels.
8. Making sure we’re always following clinic policies, procedures, and regulations.
9. Working with our marketing team to spread the word about our services and special offers.
10. Supporting and training our staff, helping them learn and grow every day.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Someone with experience in a management or consulting role within the beauty, wellness, or healthcare field, especially in a medical aesthetic clinic.
2. A deep understanding of aesthetic treatments and products.
3. A natural leader with great communication and people skills.
4. Someone who loves motivating a team and can drive them to achieve sales and service targets.
5. A customer service superstar who always puts clients first.
6. An organized and efficient individual who can juggle tasks and manage time well.
7. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
8. Flexible with your schedule, including weekend availability (but don’t worry, we’re closed on Sundays!).
