We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Advertising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of advertising strategies, trends, and best practices. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns that elevate our clients' brands and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop integrated advertising and lead generation strategies that combine both digital and traditional advertising across multi-channels.
  2. Digital Ads Campaign: Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, including keyword search, optimizing ad copy, targeting, ad bidding strategies, and A/B Testing to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
  3. Social Media Campaign: Create, execute, and optimize paid ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  4. Email Marketing Campaign: Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns, including promotional emails and newsletters.
  5. Traditional Ads Campaign: Conduct Out of Home (OOH) campaigns (e.g., billboards, transit ads, digital OOH), Print Media (e.g., newspapers and magazines), and Radio & TV Ads.
  6. Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics such as clicks, impressions, conversion rates, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media insights. Provide consistent, concise, accurate, and timely monthly performance reports, end-campaign reports, and present key insights and recommendations for optimization.
  7. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on advertising experience, ideally with agency experience.
  3. Proven experience creating and managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable outcomes, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  4. Proficiency in various advertising platforms, including Google Ads & Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Bing Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Mailchimp.
  5. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and maintain accuracy in campaign performance tracking.
