Advertising Sales Specialist (Korean Speaking | Training Provided | Immediate)

We are seeking talents who have a passion for digital marketing and sales to join our team. You will be reaching out to Korean-speaking clients from different industries by identifying business goals and needs and providing a customized digital marketing solution.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Contact new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) using a consultative sales approach via telephone, chat, and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing the best solution for their business goals.
2. Serve clients by providing customized digital marketing plans and market insights for advertisers across all industries on social media platforms to yield the best results.
3. Educate and support clients regarding account outcomes, support coverage, and issue resolution while nurturing and retaining positive relationships for continued collaboration.
4. Provide vital product insights, feedback, and revenue trends based on experience using the products and sharing feedback from the Advertisers.
5. Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have successfully grown their business using the products.
6. Use a variety of tools to effectively communicate and drive Advertiser’s business to success.
7. Perform other duties or tasks when assigned.

Who Are We Looking For?

1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any field.
2. Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
3. Business development, sales account management, or consultative selling experience is a plus.
4. Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and listening skills.
5. Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment, comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean (to handle inquiries from Korean-speaking customers and document in Korean).
7. Able to relocate to Singapore.
