Admissions Manager

About the role

ISS International School Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Admissions Manager to join their team. This is a full-time role based in Queenstown, Central Region. As the Admissions Manager, you will play a crucial role in attracting and enrolling new students, contributing to the school's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the entire student admissions process, from initial enquiries to enrolment
• Conduct school tours and information sessions for prospective families
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Student Recruitment Agencies and guardians while actively exploring new partnerships
• Occasional international travel for recruitment related activities
• Plan, organize, and execute exciting and enriching holiday programs
• Prepare and present reports on enrollment projections, and related statistics to key stakeholders
• Continuously develop strategies to enhance enrollment efforts and introduce new initiatives to improve department performance
• Work closely with all departments to ensure the efficient implementation of admission policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and support to families throughout the admissions journey

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a school admissions or student recruitment role
• Strong knowledge of international school admissions policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track and measure admissions performance
• Creative and strategic mindset to develop innovative marketing and outreach initiatives
