Administrator Cum Customer Service Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator Cum Customer Service Executive to join our team at Beato Fiore & Creations Pte. Ltd. in the Bukit Batok West Region. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in providing administrative and customer service support to our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, correspondence, and general office management
• Providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and other scheduling requirements
• Supporting the sales team by processing orders, invoices, and other sales-related documentation
• Maintaining and updating customer records and databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the overall operations of the business

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably within the client & sales administration industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
