Administrator (6 months Contract, Town, MNC, up to $4200)
Job Description:
MNC in Raffles Place
6 months contract with benefits and completion bonus (subject to renewal)
Salary up to $4200
Responsibilities
Provide support in the administration department to ensure a smooth running of the office and contribute to driving sustainable growth.
Update and maintain the APPEC Meeting Schedule.
Prepare materials as needed for Internal Board Meetings, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
Update Incoming and Outgoing courier in the tracker.
Assist with the Formula One Event.
Update and check the Procurement Tracker for expiring contracts.
Update and maintain the Subscriptions Tracker.
Update and maintain the Travellers List (Membership number). During APPEC week, assist at the hotel with daily meetings. During Formula 1 week, assist with Executive Services Role and work closely with the Office Manager to plan VIP events in the office and external receptions, as well as any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
Proven administration or assistant experience.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good time management, attention to detail, and adaptability.
The ability to start immediately will have a distinct advantage.
