Administrative Officer (Healthcare Recruitment)
Job Description:
About The Role
- Provide administrative support for the Recruitment Team with a high focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure that all staff records are set up and maintained with confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance in mind.
- Liaise with Department managers to ensure timely and accurate submission of employees' attendance to payroll team for processing.
- Work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Assist in timely resolution to employees' queries via email and phone call.
- Process applications, renewal and/or cancellation of work passes and all other related matters for foreign employees.
- Any other duties and projects as assigned.

- Polytechnic Diploma with HR administrative experience is preferred.
- Meticulous and organized, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Resourceful, ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Team player, willingness to learn and accept new challenges.
