Job description
You will report to the Head of Department (HOD) and Deputy of Community Programmes of Rehabilitation Services to support overall administrative duties of the special project activities and assist with the management of programmes and services.
Job Description
Assist with the management and operations of Community programmes and services including the handling of external partners working with SATA CommHealth.
Support the administrative functions of the various service initiatives including training, feedback management, service recognition and new projects.
Provide administrative support to Community Department (e.g. arrange for site visits for programmes, strategic planning of programmes, carry out an efficient filing system and backing up for all programmes).
Assist with the review of SOPs on an annual basis with proper documentation and enhance Community programmes and services.
Attend to all audits in an organized and systematic manner for funded programmes.
Handle Community Departments' purchases, work and manpower requisitions.
Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g. vendors) for quotation and arrange Preventive Maintenance on a yearly basis.
Must be willing to conduct on-site visits to various sites (e.g. Woodlands, Chai Chee) where programmes are being conducted including adhoc Saturdays or weekends.
Undertake any other appropriate duties when required by Community Department.
Job Requirements
ITE Certification/Higher NITEC/A levels/O levels/Diploma in Business Administration.
At least 2 years of experience in a call centre environment or customer service role.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Meticulous and detail-oriented.
A good team player who is able to work independently.
Flexibility to support the department as and when required.
