Responsible for overall office administrations for Singapore subsidiary including office planning, meeting management, business reception, supply procurement, asset management, file keeping and information security.
Support HR management, including personnel planning, recruitment, organizational development, employee training, onboarding/offboarding, performance evaluation, and culture building.
Support budget and expense management for the Singapore platform, covering expense policy organization, budget planning, variance analysis, rolling forecasts, as well as fee collection, reconciliation, and transactions with other subsidiaries.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in office administration for the consumer electronics industry;
Possess innovative and logical thinking, excellent communication, coordination, organization, and adaptability skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution ability;
