Oversee lease administration for the Group retail including but not limited to:
Data entry, administration, and meeting taking.
Generate and prepare monthly reports for operations.
Follow up with landlords and various departments on operational issues.
Application of electricity, BG, and tenancy details.
Purchase requisitions and orders.
Collate and prepare admin reports including but not limited to leasing status updates.
Manage and organize the department shared folder.
Handle all leasing matters assigned including but not limited to site viewing, negotiating with landlords, and managing and vetting internal and external lease documentation.
Provide admin and secretary support to the Brand Director.
Qualifications:
O'Level / A-Level / Diploma in Business Administration.
At least 10 years of working experience as admin support.
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to communicate with overseas clients.
Must have knowledge in handling leasing contracts and be sharp in checking numbers.
