Job description
  • Leading firm in building management and consultancy services
  • Headquartered in Singapore with 12 overseas offices

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in purchasing and managing office supplies, ensuring proper documentation and records, administering tenders, handling staff onboarding and exiting matters, and preparing summons and arrears management.
  • Work with the team to provide good customer service to walk-in residents, handling inbound calls and feedback.
  • Prepare monthly submission reports for reporting purposes.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and administrative work as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec qualifications.
  • 1 year of administrative experience with good customer service skills.
  • Fresh entry candidates are also welcome to apply (training provided).
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong MS Office skills.

Working hours: 5.25 days work week (8.30am - 5.30pm), alternate half-day Saturday from 8.30am to 12.30pm.

Working Location: CCK Town Council.
