- Providing operational support in the areas of new business, Financial Representatives enquiries and post-sales support.
- Manage incoming enquiries via general enquiries mailbox and phone calls.
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records and databases.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the completeness of the application document.
- Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree from a recognized University
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a data entry role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong MS Excel skills including use of pivot tables and common functions.
