Job Description

  1. Providing operational support in the areas of new business, Financial Representatives enquiries and post-sales support.
  2. Manage incoming enquiries via general enquiries mailbox and phone calls.
  3. Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records and databases.
  4. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the completeness of the application document.
  5. Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma or Degree from a recognized University
  2. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a data entry role
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong MS Excel skills including use of pivot tables and common functions.
