Description and Requirements
Admin & Receptionist – In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration and organizational support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of Singapore entities. To be successful as an Admin assistant you should be able to oversee and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
You will:
- Administrative Assistant
- Prepares purchase orders for all office-related services and items.
- Prepares payment requests for all office-related invoices.
- Orders office and pantry supplies.
- Updates Office Expenditure Tracker.
- Maintains equipment inventories list and evaluates new equipment purchases, whenever required.
- Supervises and inspects contractors' works, i.e. security and cleaners.
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of facility including CCTV system, AV system, Fire Extinguishers, Furniture and all other items in offices.
- Manages incoming calls and directs to the intended parties.
- Takes and delivers timely messages to the intended recipients.
- Receives visitors in the office and escorts them to the meeting room.
- Ensures full compliance of MOM safe distancing measures, whenever required.
- Handles all incoming, outgoing, local and international mails & courier deliveries.
- Assists in meeting room bookings and arrangements when required.
- Coordinates with travel/hotel providers as and when necessary.
- Able to handle ambiguity and confidentiality.
- Receptionist

- Back-up for team members and/or Admin Manager.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Admin Manager.
You Bring:
- At least a Higher Secondary / Pre-U/A level/College/Professional certificate or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience in a similar field.
- Preferably junior executives specializing in clerical/administrative support or equivalent.
- Good computer application knowledge (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Good phone etiquette, anticipation, analytical skills, with problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
