Job description
Administrative Duties:
Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, processing mail, and scheduling appointments.
Support the Accounting department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, etc.
Assist the Manager in administrative duties.
Ordering pantry and stationaries.
Make travel arrangements for executives and team members, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
Maintain the proper filing and document control for all processes.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by executives.
HR Responsibilities:
Keep record of employees' leaves, sick leaves, etc. through an HR system.
