Job description

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, processing mail, and scheduling appointments.
  • Support the Accounting department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, etc.
  • Assist the Manager in administrative duties.
  • Ordering pantry and stationaries.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives and team members, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Maintain the proper filing and document control for all processes.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by executives.

HR Responsibilities:

  • Keep record of employees' leaves, sick leaves, etc. through an HR system.
