(a) Handle and attend to foreign workers’ issues, coordinate with HR to liaise permit application/renewal, home leave, repatriation, etc;
(b) Handle and coordinate with HR on workers’ & staff related trainings/courses/seminars;
(c) Prepare monthly Training Summary and update staff and workers training details;
(d) Track staff and workers’ Post Training Evaluation completion;
(e) Handle local drivers’ & workers’ leave & claim applications in e-system;
(f) Update Company panel doctor portal for staff;
(g) Assist and back up PA & receptionist whenever required;
(h) Coordinate with drivers to send workers for their training course, doctor consultation & work permit medical checkup;
(i) Organize company dinners/functions/corporate gifts, staff & workers welfare/condolence matters;
(j) Handle office administrative works: stationery, business cards printing, corporate uniform, servicing/repair copier machine, phones, walkie-talkies, etc;
(k) Oversee & coordinate with tea lady on pantry sundries ordering & replenishing;
(l) Issue, record & monitor purchase orders for admin purchases.
