Responsibilities
Provide necessary general secretarial, office hospitality and administrative support.
Prepare correspondence emails, Quotations, Rental Agreements, Letters, documents, purchase orders, reports etc.
Work with other departments/divisions and companies.
Coordinate administrative work within department, provide cross functional support as and when required.
Prepare reports by collecting all relevant information.
Collating, handling and compiling documents for submission to clients / government agencies (e.g. MOM/HDB/LTA).
Offer constructive solutions to superiors when problems arise.
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as and when assigned by superior.
Requirements
Min. GCE “O” Levels or Diploma
Min. 1 years of working experience
Customer oriented with positive mindset
Dynamic and good team player
Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
Meticulous and well-organized

Company transport pick up at Clementi/Jurong East/Choa Chu Kang MRT Station
