Job Description:
• Provide day administration/clerical support
• Handle reception counter and manage all incoming calls
• Front desk administration cum reception duties such as receiving and attending to clients
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
• Organize files, perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Assist and follow up activities assigned with department’s procedures and rules
• Process related communications, including phone calls, emails, correspondence, mail and faxes.
• Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock (pantry supplies and stationery)
• Collect letters, sort and distribute incoming letters and faxes
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or manager.
Job Requirement:
• Able to start immediately will be an advantage
• Able to multi-task, meticulous and well organized
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree/Professional in Business Administration/Management or equivalent
• Strong computer literacy and knowledge in MS Office proficiency, especially with Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and open-minded to solve tasks with initiative.
