We are seeking an experienced and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team at Santoku BASF Pte. Ltd. in the Tuas West Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our employees and management, ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
What you'll be doing
Keep an inventory of office supplies and order new materials as required
Data Entry and record keeping.
Co-ordinate with relevant parties for daily deliveries.
Verify and process invoices for payment to forwarders.
Register for training courses
Assist in new employee’ onboarding process.
To verify staff benefits claims and leave records.
To verify staff overtime records
Cover Admin Executive duty when she is on leave.
Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management Dept. Head
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
