Requirements:
Minimum Degree/Diploma in office administration.
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant in the construction industry.
Independent, meticulous, and maintain a high quality of work in terms of accuracy and timeliness.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Good team player with a positive working attitude.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with the information acquired in the course of work.
Job Description:
Perform office administrative duties and manage office procedures, operations, and processes.
Report directly to the Director.
Provide secretarial support to the Director and heads of departments.
Responsible for liaising with landlords on tenancy agreement matters.
Manage office access cards, phones, office renovations, etc.
Maintain inventory of stationeries and office supplies.
Schedule meeting appointments.
Arrange for staff welfare activities, such as lunch and birthday celebrations.
Maintain filing systems both physically and online.
Coordinate accommodation, flights, and entertainment for incoming visitors.
Assist in HR matters, including payroll, performance reviews, and applications for work passes.
Follow up with customers for payments due.
Support overall office operations for all company staff.
Ensure daily administrative and secretarial support to the team, including daily correspondence.
