Job description

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in office administration.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant in the construction industry.
  • Independent, meticulous, and maintain a high quality of work in terms of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
  • Good team player with a positive working attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with the information acquired in the course of work.

Job Description:

  • Perform office administrative duties and manage office procedures, operations, and processes.
  • Report directly to the Director.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Director and heads of departments.
  • Responsible for liaising with landlords on tenancy agreement matters.
  • Manage office access cards, phones, office renovations, etc.
  • Maintain inventory of stationeries and office supplies.
  • Schedule meeting appointments.
  • Arrange for staff welfare activities, such as lunch and birthday celebrations.
  • Maintain filing systems both physically and online.
  • Coordinate accommodation, flights, and entertainment for incoming visitors.
  • Assist in HR matters, including payroll, performance reviews, and applications for work passes.
  • Follow up with customers for payments due.
  • Support overall office operations for all company staff.
  • Ensure daily administrative and secretarial support to the team, including daily correspondence.
