Job Scope
Provide administrative support
Raise purchase request in the SAP system
Daily exchange of transaction data with customers
Perform month-end finalization of transaction numbers
Preparation of official letters
Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC qualifications, preferably in Business/Admin/Accounting
Possess 3 - 4 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
Proficient in MS Office (i.e. MS Excel and MS Word)
Candidates with SAP working knowledge will have an added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Team player
Entry level candidates will also be considered
