Job description

Job Scope

  • Provide administrative support

  • Raise purchase request in the SAP system

  • Daily exchange of transaction data with customers

  • Perform month-end finalization of transaction numbers

  • Preparation of official letters

  • Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC qualifications, preferably in Business/Admin/Accounting

  • Possess 3 - 4 years’ relevant experience in a similar role

  • Proficient in MS Office (i.e. MS Excel and MS Word)

  • Candidates with SAP working knowledge will have an added advantage

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Team player

  • Entry level candidates will also be considered
