Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage corresponding email, faxes, mails & telephone calls.
  2. Perform Data Entry - Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoices and Packaging.
  3. Liaise with supplier on goods in & out.
  4. Order logistic items for Head Office and outlets.
  5. Assist in any ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 'O' level certification.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  3. Well versed in English and Mandarin to liaise with overseas counterpart.
