Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in all administrative duties assigned.
  • Assist Administrative Manager in appointment/administrative duties.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ Level or above.
  • Minimum 1 year of Admin experience.
  • Proactive, committed and able to work in fast-paced, high-volume processing working environments.
  • Positive attitude, hardworking, possess initiative & ability to work independently.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and able to meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, good filing system.
  • Possess an inquisitive and analytical mind and proactive in problem finding and resourceful in problem solving.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, problem-solving skills and a team player.
