Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  2. Perform all financial transactions inclusive of invoicing, expenses, journals, and payrolls.
  3. Perform bank reconciliation monthly.
  4. Ensure that all records are updated and filed properly, accurately, in a timely manner.
  5. Ensure upkeep of office premises and equipment.
  6. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements

  1. Tidy, organized, and independent person.
  2. Able to multitask and be adaptive to changes and growth.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  4. Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
  5. Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec.

Advantaging Skills/Knowledge

  1. Proficient in QuickBooks.
  2. Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  3. Experienced in Accounting/Finance related jobs.
