Roles and Responsibilities

Front Office

  • Responsible for handling front office reception and related duties, including meet & greet guests, answering calls and handling inquiries, handling incoming & outgoing mail/ documents/ parcels, updating staff directories, facilitating meeting room bookings and ensuring the upkeep of meeting rooms and general office spaces.

Office/Facility Administration

  • Responsible for supporting Admin Manager in day-to-day operations and administrative duties in SLNG office such as:
    • Purchasing and maintaining office supplies and/or services including sourcing and evaluation of quotations right through to goods receipts and verification
    • Liaison with landlord on facilities management matters e.g. car park administration, office repairs and maintenance, cleanliness, fire drills etc.
    • Travel arrangements e.g. coordinate flight schedules, hotel accommodation, visa processing etc.
    • Liaise with key vendors on maintenance and repairs office equipment /systems e.g. air conditioning, photocopiers, printers, AV equipment, telephone systems, and manage office /space/equipment resources ensuring that they are readily-available for use by staff and are well maintained
    • Drive and support corporate initiatives e.g. updating of Intranet, take part in Productivity projects, workplace risk assessment, and sustainability efforts etc.

Staff Engagement

  • Logistics support for corporate meetings, staff events & talks, quarterly staff communication sessions, birthday celebrations etc.
  • Be involved in staff welfare committee related activities and events
  • Any other duties and projects, as and when assigned by his/her reporting manager

Work Experiences

  • Candidate shall have at least 6 years' of admin experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate shall be proficient with MS Office applications.
  • Successful candidate shall also possess the following personal attributes:
    • Team player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of people
    • Highly customer-oriented, tactful and diplomatic
    • Pleasant disposition, and has a positive and outgoing personality.
    • Ability of work independently, multi-task and work under tight deadlines.


Education Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Management
