Job Description:

  • Provide administration support to the sales teams, assisting with various tasks and activities.
  • Prepare and handle inside sales activities, including quotation preparation, tender project assistance, and other related tasks.
  • Assist in generating and processing purchase orders, delivery orders, and sales invoices.
  • Coordinate the preparation of purchase request forms, service request forms, and other necessary documentation.
  • Liaise with customers and vendors to manage delivery and installation schedules.
  • Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with delivery vendors and maintaining effective communication with customers, engineers, partners, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum "O" Level or equivalent qualification, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong passion, self-motivation, and a service-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with others.
