Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  3. Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  4. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Basic computer skills.
  2. Customer service orientated.
  3. Friendly and positive attitude.
  4. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.
