    • Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Wednesday: Afternoon, Morning
    • Thursday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Friday: Afternoon, Morning
    • Saturday: Afternoon, Morning
  • No experience required for this role
  • Work visa can be provided for this role
  • Expected salary: $2,000 - $2,600 per month
  • Immediate start available

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day front desk reception duties.
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Friendly and positive attitude.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.
