Job description

Contract: 6 months

Location: Novena

Responsibilities

  • Assist with office administration matters such as warrant cards, security passes, fixed assets, user trainings, etc.
  • Supporting with admin duties such as data entry, filing and scheduling
  • Review and streamline current workflow and conduct system user acceptance tests to enhance our system functions
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties & upcoming projects.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or related field
  • At least 1 - 2 years of admin experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Comfortable with numbers and analysing large volumes of data accurately
