Job description

Well Established Construction Company
Salary: $5000 - $5500
Working Location: East Region, Near MRT
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am – 6pm

Responsibilities:

  • Manages all aspects of HR operations, including strategy, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Oversees payroll, benefits, and work pass administration.
  • Develops training programs and manages career development initiatives.
  • Leads office management functions, ensuring workplace safety and compliance.
  • Ensures adherence to all labor and company policies.
  • Provides HR reports and insights to senior management.
  • Handles additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing work pass applications, foreign worker regulations, and office administration is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Preferred to have working experience in the Construction Industry.
