Well established Construction company
Salary: $5000 - $5500
Working Location: East region, near MRT
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am – 6pm

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manages the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Fosters positive employee relations, addresses concerns, and handles disciplinary actions.
  • Oversees performance reviews, sets goals, and drives employee development.
  • Manages payroll, benefits, and work pass administration.
  • Designs and delivers training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Oversees office operations, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Experience in construction industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in managing work pass applications and foreign worker regulations.
  • Experience in office administration.
