Responsibilities

• Handle MOM work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and work permit-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
• Assist in month-end payroll processing, including timesheet verification and salary disbursement.
• Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, increment letters, warning letters, and termination notices.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Register and arrange training courses for employees, ensuring timely renewals of required certifications.
• Monitor and update training records to meet compliance requirements.
• Coordinate dormitory check-in/check-out procedures for workers.
• Track daily attendance, absenteeism, and leave records, providing reports as needed.
• Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
• Handle office supplies, document filing, and other administrative tasks as required.
• Support HR and management in ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/administrative roles.
• Strong knowledge of MOM work pass regulations and HR procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders).
