Admin, front desk

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, professional and friendly Admin, front desk to join our team at The Cage Padel Tennis Pte Ltd, a rapidly growing padel tennis club located in the Central Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the smooth running of our front-of-house operations.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming members, guests and visitors to the club
• Handling inquiries over the phone, email and in person
• Maintaining the booking system and ensuring court availability is up-to-date
• Processing sales and payments, and issuing receipts
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and record keeping in our daily sales report.
• Keeping the reception area and other common spaces tidy and presentable
• Providing general support to the operations team as needed

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar customer-facing administrative or receptionist role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner
• Strong organisational and time management abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using computers and standard office software applications
• A genuine interest in sports and fitness, particularly padel tennis, would be an advantage
