Responsibilities
Provide Admin Support – Assist the Acute Psychiatry Services team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Coordinate Meetings & Events – Organise meetings/events, prepare materials, and follow up on action items.
Minute Taking – Write and manage minutes or notes of meetings as needed.
Project Budgeting – Handle budgeting, prepare project proposals, and seek necessary approvals.
Data Management – Create Excel spreadsheets, collect and analyse data independently.
Stakeholder Liaison – Work closely with external agencies and internal departments on joint initiatives.
Requirements
Singaporean only.
Knowledge or experience in administration and events management would be advantageous.
Minimum Diploma holders.
Proficient in Microsoft Offices and tech savvy.
