You will be reporting to the Department Team Lead.
Understand basic contractual requirements for the various projects.
Input data and closure of jobs in SAP.
Generate and compute monthly reports and KPI.
Liaise with external and internal customers and build good relationships with them.
Assist in compiling and providing data to Engineer, Manager & Authority when required.
Consolidate monthly reports & provide supporting documents for TAT extension and liaise with customers for approval.
Attend and perform secretarial role for monthly meetings, prepare meeting annexes, record meeting minutes, and assist in sending the minutes for vetting to respective customers.
Check and ensure the complete set of documents is submitted promptly and accurately for billing to Finance.
Candidate will be cross-trained to provide functional support in different sections.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree graduates with no experience are welcome to apply.
1 year experience in administrative work.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Independent and requires minimum supervision.
Meticulous, independent, and initiative.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
