Working Location: Harbourfront (Near MRT)

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Office Operations Champion – Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless office functionality
  2. Documentation Pro – Prepare, manage, and organize files, reports, and records with precision
  3. Meeting Facilitator – Coordinate schedules, organize meetings, and manage agendas and minutes
  4. Communication Hub – Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
  5. Data Manager – Maintain accurate databases and generate timely reports for various departments
  6. Support Specialist – Assist teams with administrative needs and ensure efficient processes
  7. Supply Overseer – Monitor and replenish office supplies to maintain productivity
  8. Event Assistant – Support planning and execution of corporate events and internal activities
  9. Process Improver – Identify and implement ways to streamline administrative workflows
  10. Problem Solver – Address challenges with proactive solutions to keep operations on track

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Minimum Diploma and above
  2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software
  5. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
