Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements for the Corporate Services team.
- Draft reports and presentations, maintain filing systems, and serve as the main point of contact for inquiries and follow-ups.
- Assist with planning corporate events and fundraising initiatives, manage office supplies, and coordinate vendor relationships.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and handle project logistics to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Candidate with healthcare experience will be advantageous
- A good team player, meticulous, service-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
