Job description

Job Description

  1. Schedule, prepare, and process import/export documentation and related activities.
  2. Liaise with forwarders and overseas agents regarding incoming/outgoing shipments.
  3. Arrange for courier service pick-up and document preparations.
  4. Provide general support in operations and administrative functions to the supervisor.
  5. Handle processes of all orders.
  6. Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and invoices for customers.
  7. Provide customer support.
  8. Coordinate delivery of materials.
  9. Follow up with suppliers on payment.
  10. Resolve ad-hoc problems in day-to-day operations.
  11. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. ITE/Diploma/LCCI in accounting.
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Independent and self-motivated.
  6. Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.
