Job description

The Role:

  • Perform data entry on customer information
  • Follow up with colleagues & customers to ensure completeness of refund processing
  • Monitor status of refunds to customers
  • Track and tabulate reports of work progress
  • Adhere to SLA
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

The Person:

  • Possess a Diploma / GCE A / O Levels
  • No experience is welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
  • IT savvy and keen to learn new software that will be taught on the job
  • Independent, meticulous & accurate
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to commit for 3 months

Other Information:

  • Location: Tanjong Pagar
  • Working Hour: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6pm
  • Salary: $2200 per hour
