Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of reception counter.
  • Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy.
  • Receive and greet visitors professionally and in a courteous manner and manage courier services.
  • Handle local postage, including replenishing stamps when stock is low.
  • Arrange all outgoing couriers.
  • Handle incoming calls in a professional manner and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Manage all meeting rooms, office equipment, telephone systems, and office supplies.
  • Maintain and order pantry stocks, e.g., drinks and snacks, and maintenance of the coffee machine.
  • Liaise with customers, contractors, building management, suppliers, and cleaners.
  • Maintain and upkeep office admin records and filing system.
  • Arrange ad hoc office lunch ordering, company events, and other administrative duties.
  • Perform ad hoc data entry and administrative assignments.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to commence work within a short notice period or immediately.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skills: Microsoft Excel, Pivot Table, Vlookup, Microsoft Word, etc.
