Roles & Responsibilities


Job Description

  • Managing customer data by using ERP systems
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Assist the sales team with coordination work
  • Assist in the preparation of tenders and drawings, ensuring timely compilation and submission of all required documents
  • Closely monitor and follow up on quotations and tender submissions
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and other accounting duties

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma and above
  • Min. 1-2 years of working experience in admin or related construction field will be advantageous
  • Good communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
