Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
Managing customer data by using ERP systems
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Assist the sales team with coordination work
Assist in the preparation of tenders and drawings, ensuring timely compilation and submission of all required documents
Closely monitor and follow up on quotations and tender submissions
Assist with billing, invoicing, and other accounting duties
Requirements:
Min. Diploma and above
Min. 1-2 years of working experience in admin or related construction field will be advantageous
Good communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
