Job Scope
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain and update vendor list and profiles.
Organize and maintain office operations and procedures.
Support the accounting team with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in accounting & finance.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently.
