Provide front-desk service duties, such as handling incoming calls, attending to walk-in visitors, managing incoming mails and faxes, and overseeing incoming and outgoing courier services including transmitting documents from the office to the site by mail or courier.
Manage and maintain the overall cleanliness and tidiness of office areas, including ordering office/site stationery and supplies, and coordinating air-conditioning and printer services.
Manage administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
Maintain records, update paperwork, and document procedures as per the requirements of the organization.
Assist with preparing payment certificates.
Process employee expense reimbursements.
Assist in accounting matters such as matching purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), invoices, documentation, and filing.
Assist in purchasing matters.
Provide other administrative or general office support duties as needed.
