Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general office administration & any other duties as assigned by the manager or director
  • Calendar management for manager / director
  • Prepare sales presentation deck or training slides
  • Handling of customers' calls & enquiries
  • Assist manager in client's policy or underwriting inquiries
  • Schedule interview calls (as & when needed)

Period: Permanent

Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm & Alternate Sats: 8.30am to 12:30pm (during probation) & once a month (upon confirmation)

Salary: $2,000 to $2,300

Location: Queenstown

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum ITE, "O" levels or Diploma
  • Min 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
